Job summary

COMO Metropolitan London is seeking a Concierge who thrives in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment and delivers exceptional guest experiences.

You will own guest requests, coordinate services such as restaurant bookings, transport, and events, and work closely with Reception to ensure seamless check-in and check-out.

Ideal candidates have 4/5-star hotel experience, excellent English, strong local city knowledge, and a professional, welcoming manner.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a 4/5-star hotel.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Knowledge of London to assist guests with bearings and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of guest requests and follow them through to successful completion.
• Provide a friendly, efficient, and courteous service upon arrival and departure to ensure memorable impressions.
• Coordinate and manage hotel guest requests related to business services, luggage storage, and rooming.
• Work closely with the Reception team to ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes.
• Assist the Head Concierge with day-to-day tasks and cover the front door when required.

As a Concierge, you will play a key role in helping run the concierge desk and is the first point of contact for guests; taking responsibility for managing and coordinating booking requests including but not limited to Restaurant, Bar, Club, Car Hire, Chauffeur Service, and Theatre shows.

What You Will Do:

• Coordinate and manage requests from hotel guests in relation to business services, luggage storage, and rooming.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a 4/5-star hotel.


• Proactive in approach with a self-driven attitude.


• You will have excellent social interaction and communication skills.


• Excellent spoken and written English.


• You are knowledgeable of London in order to assist guests with their bearings and meeting their requirements.


• A working knowledge of Opera would be advantageous, although not essential.


• You hold a full, clean driving license (as you may be asked to assist with the parking of guests cars).
