Job summary

Legends Global (Europe) is seeking casual event-day concessions staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences at Coventry Building Society Arena. You will serve food and drinks, handle till transactions, and support operations across concessions during events.

We offer flexible shifts around the event calendar, weekly pay, and a friendly team environment that values punctuality, teamwork, and a customer-first mindset. Previous event experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering high-quality customer service at live events.
• Ability to lead large teams across multiple locations during peak periods.
• Experience with till/cash handling and stock control.
• Proven training and support skills for shift staff.
• Flexible availability to cover event schedules.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service across concessions and resolve issues quickly.
• Lead and manage large teams across locations during peak trading.
• Train and support Team Leaders and staff on shift.
• Oversee stock management and ensure accurate counts.
• Maintain unit presentation, cleanliness and cash handling.
