Job summary

Legends Global (Europe) is seeking event day concessions staff to join our casual team at Coventry Building Society Arena. You will deliver excellent guest service, serve a range of food and drinks, and support shift leaders during busy event periods.

We offer flexible shifts around the venue calendar, weekly pay, and a friendly, sociable team environment. Prior hospitality or concession experience is beneficial but not required; training will be provided on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service across all concessions areas, resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently while using till systems effectively.
• Lead and manage large teams across multiple locations during peak trading periods, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high service standards.
• Train, brief, motivate, and support Team Leaders and concessions staff throughout each shift, acting as the first point of contact for staff-related issues.
• Take accountability for stock management, ensuring stock is available, accurately counted, and recorded throughout service.
• Maintain responsibility for unit presentation, cleanliness, cash handling, and profit control measures across all concessions areas within your remit.

The Role

An opportunity has arisen for an event day concessions staff to join us on a casual basis. The main purpose of the role is to provide guests with an excellent customer experience serving a variety of food and drinks in our in-house concessions outlets.

This is a casual, event-based position, offering flexible shifts around Coventry Building Society & Coventry City FC's event calendar.
