Due to ongoing growth, we are recruiting a Concession Deputy Store Manager for our Mamas & Papas concession store in Cheltenham, within Next, on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
As a Deputy Manager, you will work alongside the Concession Manager in daily store operations, achieving KPIs, and managing a team of Supervisors and Sales Assistants. You will motivate, inspire, and develop the team, leading by example.
This role is ideal for an experienced Supervisor, Deputy, or Assistant Manager who values customer service and team development.
