Job summary

Oxford International in partnership with Bangor University operates Bangor University International College, seeking a Computing Tutor on a fixed-term, part-time basis at Bangor University International College.

You will deliver modules across the International Year Zero and Year One, plan engaging lessons for international students, provide academic support, and contribute to programme development while maintaining high teaching standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computing or closely related field.
• Experience of teaching Computing in UK HE/FE preferred.
• Desirable DBS check and safeguarding awareness.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver lessons to pre-university students from diverse backgrounds.
• Provide academic support through consultations and tutorials.
• Invigilate exams and contribute to assessment activities.
• Develop module templates, handbooks, and teaching resources.
• Participate in programme development and potential module leadership.
