Qualifications
- Degree or vocational qualification or commitment to work towards.
- Teaching qualification or commitment to work towards.
- Assessor Awards or commitment within first year.
- Level 2 English and maths qualification.
- Successful experience of delivering high quality provision.
- Evidence of supporting curriculum development.
- Evidence of collecting and acting upon data analysis.
- Experience of implementing a range of delivery methods to suit learning needs.
- Appropriate academic or vocational experience.
- Experience of internal quality assurance and assessment processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of computing programmes with industry alignment.
- Provide academic and pastoral support to students, including those with EHCPs or ALS needs.
- Embrace digital learning technologies to enhance teaching, assessment and engagement.
- Monitor student performance, attendance, and behaviour; contribute to safeguarding and inductions.
- Oversee quality assurance processes, curriculum reviews, and awarding body standards.
- Collaborate to manage course documentation and maintain records on college platforms.
