Job summary

TeacherActive is working with a mainstream secondary school in Telford to appoint a dedicated Computer Science Teacher on a full-time, long-term basis. The successful candidate will teach across KS3 and KS4, deliver engaging lessons and support GCSE preparation to ensure students make excellent progress.

QTS with a Computer Science specialism is required (ECTs welcome). The agency offers market-leading pay, 24/7 consultant support, CPD certificates, and a referral scheme rewarding up to £100.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

The Head Teacher is looking to take on a dedicated Computer Science Teacher on a full-time, long-term basis. The successful Computer Science Teacher will be teaching across KS3 and KS4, delivering engaging lessons, supporting GCSE exam preparation and ensuring students make excellent progress.

The successful Computer Science Teacher will have:

QTS with a Computer Science specialism (ECTs are welcome to apply)

Experience teaching Computer Science up to KS4

Strong subject knowledge, including programming and computing

A positive and enthusiastic approach to teaching
