Job Description

Working within a Lean production environment, you will set and operate CNC machines to produce high‑quality precision components. Quality is prioritised over quantity.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently set up and operate CNC machine tools to required performance levels.
• Produce precision components in various batch sizes within tolerance and quality standards.
• Inspect parts using measuring equipment (CMM, verniers, micrometers).
• Read and interpret CNC programs, customer drawings, and make minor program edits when required.

Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge of setting and operating CNC machinery.
• Experience in 5‑axis machining / mill turns.
• FANUC programming experience.
• Preferably small batch work experience.

Shift Pattern

• Mornings (Mon‑Thu 5:45 am – 13:30 pm; Fri 5:45 am – 12:15 pm)
• Afternoons (Mon‑Thu 13:15 pm – 21:00 pm; Fri 11:45 am – 18:15 pm)
