CNC Operator

£14.50 per hour | Permanent | Immediate Start

Coventry

We're recruiting an experienced CNC Operator to join a manufacturer supplying components to a military aerospace contract. This is a permanent, day-shift role with an immediate start.

The role:

• Operating CNC milling machines to produce precision components to tight tolerances
• Working from technical drawings, ensuring first-time-right quality
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and accuracy throughout

Hours:

• 39 hours per week, days
• Flexible start between 6:00am and 7:30am
• 5-hour Fridays, Lunchtime finish

What we're looking for:

• 4-5 years' CNC milling experience
• Strong eye for detail and a meticulous approach to tight-tolerance work
• Reliable, quality-focused, and able to start quickly
