Base pay range

This is an opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking architectural practice, working on luxury residential projects and collaborating with SME housebuilders and developers.

As a CAD Technician, you will play a key role in the production of technical drawings and detailed design packages, supporting the architectural team across various project stages.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing accurate and detailed technical drawings for planning and construction.
  • Assisting in the production of CAD models, layouts, and design documents.
  • Collaborating with architects, SME housebuilders, and developers to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Ensuring all drawings comply with current UK building regulations and industry standards.

Your qualifications will include:

  • Proven experience as a CAD Technician in an architectural or construction setting.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential), with experience in Revit being advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of UK building regulations and construction detailing.
  • Experience working on residential developments, particularly with SME housebuilders and developers.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality technical drawings.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
