Job summary

Atlantic is building a discovery engine for chemistry, combining end-to-end reaction simulations with a world model and agent stack. You will help shape the scientific foundations and integrate state-of-the-art methods with machine learning to accelerate chemical discovery.

Qualifications

• PhD in Computational Chemistry is required.
• Strong background in computational chemistry concepts and methods.
• Ability to design and optimize scientific workflows and simulations.

Responsibilities

• Shape the scientific foundations of the platform and contribute to its end-to-end chemistry simulations.
• Integrate computational chemistry with machine learning; contribute to scientific objectives.
• Develop protocols for reaction mechanisms, kinetics, MD, and complex environments.
• Design scalable workflows for generating, processing and analyzing reaction data.
• Contribute to strategic research decisions and help shape company culture.
