Job summary

Sciensus is seeking a Compounding Inventory Operative to join our Warehouse & Compounding Teams. This site-based, full-time role focuses on maintaining inventory integrity and supporting financial controls to ensure medicines reach patients without interruption.

You will analyse data, investigate stock issues and work with WMS/ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics D365). A proactive, detail-focused approach and strong Excel/Power BI skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in reporting, analysis, administration, inventory or warehouse operations.
  • Experience working with WMS and ERP platforms, ideally Microsoft Dynamics D365.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause investigations.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel, Word and Power BI.
  • The ability to communicate confidently with stakeholders across different departments.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • An understanding of GMP, GDP or regulated healthcare environments would be advantageous.

To help us be successful in our mission we are looking for a Compounding Inventory Operative to join our Warehouse & Compounding Teams.


40 hours per week / Site-Based / Perm Contract


As a Compounding Inventory Operative, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity, availability and accuracy of inventory across our compounding operations. You'll be responsible for investigating stock issues, maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting financial controls, and helping ensure patients receive the medicines they need without interruption. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys analysing data, solving problems and working collaboratively across operational teams
