Alpine Racing Limited, based in Enstone, is seeking a Composite Technician - Machining on a fixed term contract until the end of 2027. You will join the Composite Team and work on epoxy block patterns and carbon fibre components, reading drawings and tolerances, and operating advanced CNC machines.
The role requires reading engineering drawings, with Heidenhain knowledge desirable; PC literacy and Dynamics 365 experience are advantageous.

Working as part of the Composite Team, candidates will be required to work on a varied range of machines which machine epoxy block patterns and carbon fibre components. They will be expected to understand engineering drawings, symbols and geometric tolerance, with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Key objectives include:
The successful candidate will have an engineering background and be able to read and interpret engineering drawings and models. Knowledge of Heidenhain controls would also be desirable.
They will be PC literate and comfortable using MS Office products, Dynamics 365 knowledge would be at an advantage. They will be a real team player, work well under pressure, and have excellent attention to detail.
