Job Description:

Red Bull Racing & Technology has an exciting opportunity for a Composite Event Support Technician to join our well-established Composites team. This role is based in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility and offers a chance to develop skills within a high-performing F1 team. The department supports both Race and Factory activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with other Technicians, Lead Technicians, and team leaders to understand priorities and deadlines.
2. Understand production plans to ensure timely delivery and communicate any deviations.
3. Ensure quality of parts produced, carry out appropriate processes, and identify deviations from specifications for correction.
4. Maintain effective communication across shifts and departments for smooth work transfer.
5. Prioritize daily workloads to maximize productivity and utilization.
6. Support Race, Test, and Heritage events as needed.
7. Provide feedback for manufacturing improvements, cost reduction, and lead-time reduction.
8. Maintain high standards of housekeeping.
9. Follow company policies and procedures, seeking advice when necessary.
10. Possess extensive knowledge of Composite Assembly Manufacturing processes.
11. Communicate effectively verbally and in writing, following clear objectives and strategies.
12. Read and interpret complex engineering drawings and process sheets.
13. Work effectively in high-pressure team environments and meet tight deadlines.
14. Work flexibly for additional shifts when required.
15. Support training programs for apprentices and juniors.
16. Promote continuous improvement within the department.
