  • Communicating effectively with factory composites and other departments as necessary.
  • Ensuring proper documentation is maintained and submitted as required.

What you will need to be successful in this role:

  • Strong working knowledge of composite components, including laminating, bonding, and assembly.
  • Familiarity with parts allocation, engineering drawings, and build schedules.
  • Prior experience in a composite or assembly role within a Formula One or high-level motorsport environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships internally and externally.
  • Willingness and availability to travel to all F1 Evolution team events.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and collaborative approach.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure to meet critical deadlines.
  • Clear verbal and written communication, with strong organisational skills.
  • Analytical and innovative problem-solving ability.
  • Flexible and team-oriented, capable of adapting to fast-changing environments and working hours.
