Job summary

Red Bull Racing & Technology in Milton Keynes is seeking a Composite Fitter/Assembly Technician for a 16 Month FTC night shift (Mon-Thu: 16:15–02:45). You will trim, bond, and assemble high‑precision components to exacting standards, following drawings and SOPs to support customer projects and championship-driven performance.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in a composite fitting role within a disciplined manufacturing environment, preferably with Motorsport/Aerospace experience, and

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in a Composite Fitter/Assembly Technician role.
• Background in Motorsport, Automotive, or Aerospace industries.
• Proficient with air tools for basic trimming.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
• Able to work to tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

This role is a 16 Month FTC, Nights shift (Mon-Thu) - 16:15-02:45

Our Manufacturing Team is the powerhouse behind precision, driving the production of high-performance components that meet the exacting standards of Formula 1

In this role, you will perform detailed trimming, bonding and assembling of components to the highest standards, working meticulously in accordance with our standard operating procedures, following engineering drawings, ensuring precision and excellence in every task. Your hard work and contribution will directly impact the success and performance of our team including customer projects.

What we need from you:

• Minimum of two years' experience in a Composite Fitter/Assembly Technician position within a disciplined manufacturing environment.
• Background in the Motorsport, Automotive, and/or Aerospace industries.
• Proficiency in using air tools for basic trimming.
• Self-motivator with a proactive approach.
• Ability to work to very tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Capability to handle challenging situations and delivery pressures.
