You'll help us make health happen by:
Operationally support the Cromwell Hospital Estates senior management team and engineering team to ensure the consistent and effective operational delivery of HFM Planned and Reactive services, across the Cromwell Hospital and High Street Kensington Offices.

Provide operational line management to the Cromwell Hospital Estates administration team.
Monitor and manage the upload of Compliance reports to C365 ensuring accuracy and consistency across all Hard FM service lines. To provide regular reporting and escalation to ensure all respective compliance tasks and remedial actions are tracked and concluded in a timely manner.
Gain full knowledge of the Cromwell Hospital's Hard FM services Standard Operating Procedures to be able to ensure adherence and compliance of them within the planned and reactive maintenance regimes of the Hard FM specialist suppliers.
Deputise for the Building Services Manager where required and support in ensuring the regular auditing, measurement and reporting of the Hard FM contracted services. In order to ensure that services are delivered in line with the contract SLA's and KPI's, taking appropriate action to correct service line failures as they occur.
In support to the Building Services Manager, engage in a suite of regular service reviews meetings across the Hard FM specialist suppliers.
Provide regular operational input, which should complement, but not duplicate, the tactical management role of the Hard FM specialist services providers
