Job summary

Cromwell Hospital, London, is seeking a Compliance & Technical Scheduling Manager to lead the operational delivery of Hard FM services across the hospital and offices. You will work with Estates senior management and engineering teams to ensure compliant, timely maintenance and reporting.

With experience in Planned and Reactive maintenance, you will line manage the Estates administration team, monitor C365 uploads, and drive adherence to SOPs and SLAs, while deputising for the Building Services

Qualifications

• PPM delivery experience in a complex organisation.
• Budget management and cost control skills.
• Strong stakeholder and customer service orientation.
• Good IT literacy, MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to the Cromwell Hospital Estates senior management and engineering teams for HFM Planned and Reactive services.
• Line manage the Estates administration team.
• Monitor and upload Compliance reports to C365 with accuracy across all Hard FM service lines.
• Ensure adherence to Hard FM SOPs within planned and reactive maintenance.
• Deputise for Building Services Manager and support audits, reviews and KPI achievements.
• Lead service review meetings with Hard FM suppliers and provide operational input.
