Our leading banking client is seeking a talented and motivated individual to oversee their compliance surveillance, monitoring, workflow, reporting, and control systems.

The role involves capturing and analyzing requirements and translating them into IT solutions, including building new and enhancing existing in-house and third-party vendor applications.

This is a varied role within a high-performing team, offering a great opportunity!

Essential Skills / Experience:

• Good understanding of coding (Java, Python, or C#). No coding required in the role.
• Experience in Compliance, Regulatory Reporting, Surveillance, or similar fields.
• Experience in requirements gathering and testing.

Salary: Up to £85,000 + bonus + package
