Job summary

Hereford - primarily office-based (4 days a week ideally) for a Compliance Technical Specialist within the e-money and payments space. You will translate regulatory requirements into practical solutions that shape products, customer journeys and communications.

Collaborate with Product, Operations, Marketing, Technology, Financial Crime and Customer Operations to ensure good customer outcomes while aligning with FCA rules and Consumer Duty.

Qualifications

• Experience in FCA-regulated environments (payments, e-money or FS)
• Ability to translate regulation into practical requirements and controls
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving approach

Responsibilities

• Provide technical compliance advice on FCA requirements, Consumer Duty and customer outcomes
• Support product development from a compliance perspective
• Review customer communications and financial promotions
• Advise stakeholders across the business and challenge constructively
• Maintain regulatory documentation including terms and disclosures
• Support regulatory changes, audits and assurance activities
