Job summary

allpay Limited is seeking a Compliance Technical Specialist for its DOSH business. You will combine regulatory expertise with practical problem solving to help build compliant products, customer journeys and communications that deliver strong customer outcomes.

The role is primarily office-based in Hereford and Cheltenham, with responsibilities spanning regulatory advice, product development support, communications reviews, and maintaining essential regulatory documents to ensure ongoing

Qualifications

• Experience in an FCA-regulated environment.
• Ability to translate regulation into practical business requirements.
• Communicate regulatory requirements clearly and practically.
• Influence and challenge constructively at all levels.
• Experience reviewing customer communications or regulatory documentation.

Responsibilities

• Providing expert advice on regulatory requirements, Consumer Duty and customer outcomes.
• Translating regulation into practical business requirements and controls for product development.
• Reviewing and approving customer communications, marketing materials and financial promotions.
• Acting as a trusted adviser to stakeholders across DOSH and the wider allpay business.
• Supporting good customer outcomes through product design, operational processes and customer journeys.
• Owning and maintaining key regulatory documentation, including terms and conditions and customer disclosures.
• Supporting audit, assurance and regulatory change activity when required.
