Alternative Heat Ltd is seeking a Compliance Trainer to design, develop and deliver high‑quality compliance, safety and technical training across our Dundalk and wider Irish operations, aligned with current legislation and industry best practice.

You will work closely with operations teams, project managers, HSE and the Learning & Development function to identify skills gaps, create effective training solutions, maintain records and monitor competency and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality compliance, safety and technical training across operational subjects.
• Develop and improve training materials, SOPs, work instructions and assessments.
• Maintain training records, monitor compliance and support workforce development.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Projects, HSE and external providers to close skills gaps.
