Job summary

JTC Group is seeking a compliant and proactive professional to assist with managing and implementing compliance activities for the Isle of Man licenced entities, working with the Head of Compliance.

You will produce timely management information, conduct screening checks and monitor compliance, while mentoring junior staff and collaborating with senior management to ensure consistent risk oversight and timely progress.

Qualifications

• Relevant AML/Compliance qualification (ICA Diploma) or studying towards it.
• Broad understanding of risk factors and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Produce management information in a timely manner.
• Conduct internet research screening (World-check / Media check).
• Perform Compliance Monitoring for IOM licenced entities and Employer Solutions.
• Mentor and support less experienced team members.
