Isle of Man Government is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to lead information governance across health and social care services. You will drive data protection compliance, information risk management and DSPT submissions while supporting audits, policies and governance reporting.

You will work with senior stakeholders and a small but professional team to strengthen information governance, drive continuous improvement and provide strategic assurance for services across the Isle of Man

Responsibilities

• Lead data protection compliance across health and social care services.
• Oversee information risk management, DSPT submissions, audits and governance reporting.
• Develop and maintain policies and data sharing agreements.
• Engage senior stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in information governance.
• Shape IG arrangements and provide strategic assurance for the organisation.
