Our leading Banking client is seeking a talented and motivated individual to oversee their Compliance surveillance, monitoring, workflow, reporting, and control systems.

This role involves capturing and analyzing requirements and translating them into IT solutions, including building new and enhancing existing in-house and third-party applications.

This is a diverse role within a high-performing team and presents a brilliant opportunity!

Essential Skills / Experience:

• Good understanding of coding (Java, Python, or C#). Note: No coding required in this role.
• Experience in Compliance, Regulatory Reporting, Surveillance, or similar fields.
• Experience in requirements gathering and testing.

Salary: Up to £85,000 + bonus + package

Level: AVP

Location: London (with good work-from-home options available)
