The Compliance Monitoring Function at easyJet is a multidisciplinary team dedicated to ensuring safety and compliance across the organization. This team develops and implements an integrated approach to monitor compliance throughout the entire easyJet entity, including Group Operations Services (GOS) and all easyJet Certificated Organisations in the UK, Austria, and Switzerland. The Compliance Surveyor is primarily responsible for conducting audits, inspections, and assessments to ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and business requirements. The role also involves activities to improve our Compliance Monitoring System and the wider Integrated Management System.

Requirements for this role:

• Experience and excellent knowledge of EASA and/or UK aviation regulations, along with Health & Safety regulations.
• Background in Compliance Monitoring, Quality Control/Assurance, Health & Safety, or experience conducting audits or inspections in an aviation environment.
• Desirable qualifications include Internal or Lead Auditor certification, Health & Safety qualification, ISO 9001 standard training, or equivalent.
• Understanding of Compliance Monitoring, Health & Safety, and Management Systems.
• Experience with Flight Operations, Ground Operations, Crew Training, Health & Safety, or Environmental Management systems is advantageous.

Location & Hours of Work:

This full-time role is based in Luton with hybrid working options. The role requires 40 hours per week and frequent travel across the easyJet network, so flexibility is essential.
