Compliance Monitoring Manager

Meraki Talent’s Financial Services client is looking for a Compliance Monitoring Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities of the Compliance Monitoring Manager:
  1. Provide oversight of first line activities by carrying out monitoring activities driving actions to make improvements.
  2. Design the annual compliance monitoring plan and oversee agreed monitoring activities, including scoping, fieldwork, documentation, and reporting.
  3. Assist in annual compliance reviews and risk assessments.
  4. Provide compliance advice to the business around compliance monitoring, compliance standards, and processes.
Background of the Compliance Monitoring Manager:
  1. Experience working in a compliance role within Financial Services.
  2. Strong exposure to completing compliance monitoring reviews.
  3. Knowledge of the FCA handbook and the financial services regulatory framework.
  4. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
