Nigel Frank International's client, a leading UK health and wellbeing organisation in Liverpool, seeks an experienced Compliance Manager to strengthen its regulatory framework while guiding strategy and hands-on delivery. The role blends advisory duties with practical risk mitigation and data protection oversight in a hybrid setup.

You'll work with the Chief Risk Officer and Executive Committee, managing regulatory obligations, Consumer Duty, and GDPR compliance to ensure positive customer

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' compliance experience within insurance or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of FCA regulations, including SYSC, ICOBS, PROD, SM&CR and Consumer Duty
• Experience operating as a Certified Individual under the Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SM&CR)
• Strong understanding of UK data protection legislation and GDPR requirements
• Experience developing, maintaining or improving compliance frameworks, policies and assurance processes

Responsabilités

• Support senior leadership with regulatory engagement and liaison with the FCA, PRA and ICO
• Maintain and strengthen the organisation's Compliance Framework, policies and procedures

Compliance Manager - Liverpool (Hybrid) - c£55K

A leading UK health and wellbeing organisation is looking to appoint an experienced Compliance Manager to strengthen its compliance framework, oversee regulatory obligations and support a strong culture of compliance across the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in insurance or financial services compliance who enjoys combining regulatory expertise with strategic input and hands‑on delivery.

Working closely with the Chief Risk Officer, Board and Executive Committee, you'll act as a trusted adviser to the business, providing practical guidance on regulatory requirements, managing compliance risks and ensuring positive customer outcomes. You'll also take responsibility for DPO function, leading the organisation's approach to GDPR and data protection compliance.

Key Responsibilities
