Job summary

Edenbrook in London is seeking a Compliance Manager to support the compliance function in overseeing Consumer Duty, Conduct Risk and regulatory compliance within the Lloyd’s market. Reporting to the Head of Compliance, you will help maintain good customer outcomes, a strong conduct culture and ensure adherence to FCA requirements, Lloyd’s standards and other regulatory obligations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of FCA Consumer Duty and Conduct Risk.
• Experience in regulatory/compliance roles within the Lloyd's market.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Compliance and Compliance Manager across Compliance, Consumer Duty and Conduct Risk.
• Develop, implement and monitor Consumer Duty to evidence good customer outcomes.
• Assist with Conduct Risk, regulatory obligations and Lloyd’s requirements.
• Contribute to the Compliance Plan, board reporting and compliance MI.
• Provide practical compliance guidance and support monitoring, reviews and process improvements.
• Maintain awareness of regulatory developments and build relationships with stakeholders and regulators.
