Qualifications

The Role

As a Compliance Manager, you will work closely with the General Counsel, providing compliance advice, leading monitoring reviews, and implementing regulatory policies. You will ensure accurate reporting and lead change programmes, engaging with senior stakeholders and regulators in a high-growth environment. Strong communication, project management, and a passion for training are essential.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain compliance plans and map evolving rules to business processes.
  • Improve and execute monitoring programmes and track actions.
  • Enhance onboarding and training for IAR / AR, including controls.
  • Lead regulatory reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Run annual certifications and maintain responsibility statements.
  • Participate in new product design and marketing, identifying risks early.
  • Model and promote compliance behaviours within the organization.
What We’re Looking For
  • 2-5 years’ second line compliance experience in consumer finance, with SM&CR and RegData knowledge.
  • Fluency in CONC, PRIN, SYSC, COCON, DISP, and Consumer Duty outcomes framework.
  • Ability to provide clear compliance advice and manage regulatory change.
  • Excellent written and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management and collaboration skills.
  • Adaptability and a proactive approach.
  • Creative in training and risk identification.
