About the team and role

Are you passionate about embedding best practices and fostering a culture of integrity? We're seeking a dynamic Compliance Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Code Compliance Officer, you'll play a key role in evolving our compliance strategy and impacting the entire business.

Key responsibilities

• Compliance Gap Analysis and Remediation: Identify deficiencies and collaborate on corrective actions.
• Training and Development: Design and deliver compliance training programs.
• GSCOP Advisory: Support colleagues on GSCOP queries.
• Investigations Management: Support investigations related to internal issues or external complaints.
• Reporting and Governance: Track and report compliance data to relevant bodies.
• Policy and Process Management: Develop and maintain compliance policies and processes.

Candidate profile

We seek candidates with:

• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and risks
• Knowledge of GSCOP (preferred)
• Experience in a corporate environment, ideally retail
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
• Project management experience
• Proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented approach
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams
