A leading Re-Insurance organization is looking for a Compliance Manager to join their London or South-West office. The role involves monitoring conduct and compliance risks, managing the Compliance framework, and ensuring adherence to FCA and PRA regulations. The ideal candidate will have a relevant compliance qualification and experience in the insurance or financial services sector. This role offers a hybrid working model based in Greater London.

Formación

• Completed or studying for a compliance qualification.
• Experience in an operational compliance function is required.
• Strong understanding of FCA and PRA regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor conduct risk and general compliance risk.
• Implement and manage the Compliance framework.
• Make reports to the FCA and PRA.
• Monitor policies of outsourced providers.
• Develop management tools for MI.

Lutine Bell is supporting a well established Re-Insurance organisation who is looking to appoint a Compliance Manager (Generalist) into their London or South-West office.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor conduct risk, general compliance risk including that arising from activities of outsourced service providers and share with the Risk and Internal Audit teams the findings of their activities.
• Implement and manage the Compliance framework (including the compliance monitoring activities) and all related policies, processes and tools and provide consultation and advice on compliance matters
• Make timely, appropriate submissions and reports to the FCA and PRA
• Monitor and oversee the policies and procedures of outsourced providers
• Develop and maintain management tools to provide MI

Requirements

• Completed or studying for a compliance professional qualification (CISI or equivalent), with experience in an operational compliance function
• Strong understanding of FCA and PRA regulatory requirements (including SMCR) and relevant industry standards
• Relevant experience within the insurance or wider financial services sector
• Experience of effective horizon scanning
• Proven ability to produce high-quality management information, maintain accurate records and deliver clear reporting
