You will refine and embed compliance policies, shape annual compliance plans, and report directly to the Board. Qualifications

• Proven track record in compliance roles within insurance or financial services.
• Ability to maintain FCA standards and create effective monitoring plans.
• Experience in integrating Consumer Duty principles.

Responsibilities

• Refine and embed compliance policies into the company's culture.
• Shape annual compliance plans including audits and monitoring.
• Keep ahead of regulatory changes with FCA and ICO updates.
