Amoria Group in Manchester is seeking a Governance & Compliance Manager to lead our Group Governance & Compliance function within an expanding international recruitment business.
You will translate regulatory requirements into practical, scalable processes, oversee data protection and risk management, and partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, Technology and Operations to embed compliance across the lifecycle.
Manchester | Hybrid (3 days per week in the office)
We're hiring a Governance & Compliance Manager to lead our Group Governance & Compliance function within a growing international recruitment business.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who understands that effective compliance isn't about creating paperwork. It's about building practical processes, controls and governance frameworks that work in a fast-paced commercial environment.
We're particularly interested in speaking with individuals who have experience in recruitment, staffing or workforce solutions, and who understand the compliance challenges associated with placing permanent and contract workers.
As Governance & Compliance Manager, you'll lead an established team and take ownership of how compliance, governance and risk are managed across the Group.
You'll work closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, Technology and Operational stakeholders to ensure regulatory, contractual and business requirements are embedded into everyday processes and systems.
We're not looking for a traditional corporate governance, audit or financial services professional.
Instead, we're seeking someone who can translate complex regulatory and business requirements into practical, scalable ways of working.
This is a genuine opportunity to shape how compliance operates across an international recruitment business.
You'll have the autonomy to improve processes, strengthen governance, enhance the use of data and technology, and create a compliance environment that supports growth while remaining practical and proportionate.
If you're passionate about operational compliance and want to make a visible impact across a growing business, we'd love to hear from you.
Amoria Group is an equal opportunities employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and applicants, regardless of background or protected characteristics.
