Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd. with a Facilities Management client in the Essex/London area is seeking a Compliance Supervisor to oversee regulatory compliance across a portfolio of buildings.

The role focuses on RAMS review, PTW systems, audits and contractor management to ensure safe, compliant operations. Based out of Essex/London offices, the successful candidate will liaise with the Engineering Management Team, site engineers and client representatives and maintain accurate compliance records

Qualifications

• Electrically or mechanically qualified (C&G, NVQ or apprenticeship).
• Experience in compliance supervision or similar FM roles.
• Experience in commercial building, multi-site FM.
• Strong RAMS, PTW experience.
• Experience with compliance audits and contractor inspections.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance in building services.

Responsibilities

• Review RAMS prior to works and ensure site-specific relevance.
• Oversee PTW system and ensure proper completion and closure.
• Monitor contractor activities for RAMS compliance.
• Maintain compliance records, registers and certifications.
• Produce weekly/monthly compliance reports for management and client.
