Job summary

Prudential Bermuda is seeking a Compliance Manager to support the Chief Compliance Officer in developing and operating the compliance and privacy framework across the business, with a strong focus on financial crime controls, regulatory adherence, monitoring and reporting.

You will collaborate with Legal, Risk, IT and business stakeholders to embed robust data protection controls and ensure the privacy program aligns with Bermuda's requirements for reinsurance and high‑net‑worth business.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in compliance or related roles, preferably in financial services or insurance.
• Knowledge of Bermuda regulatory requirements and privacy laws (PIPA).
• Familiarity with AML/ATF/APF frameworks, sanctions and monitoring processes.
• Experience with CDD/EDD and regulatory reporting activities.
• Strong analytical, communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
• Assist in compliance monitoring, testing, and regulatory reporting.
• Support data privacy governance and risk controls across the business.
• Provide guidance to internal stakeholders under the CCO direction.
• Contribute to staff training and awareness on compliance standards.
