The role involves providing legal support to businesses operating in the UK & Ireland Region.

The role is based in West London with a hybrid working model.

The role:

• Work with the team to manage legal risk and compliance for the UK & Ireland Region.
• Oversee compliance-related queries and maintain the legal compliance platform.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various agreements such as distribution, supply, sales, IT, procurement, and supply chain agreements.
• Apply Governance, Risk, and Compliance standards.
• Develop in-house training on compliance topics like Anti-trust, Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Modern Slavery, dawn raids, Data Protection, GSCOP, and other Group policies.

The ideal candidate:

• UK qualified or with significant UK experience.
• 3+ PQE in-house experience in FMCG or retail.
• Experience with GDPR/DP, Anti-bribery, and Anti-trust.
