Hartford Care Ltd is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day administration, maintenance and development of our SafetyCulture platform (I-Auditor). The role ensures homes and managers are set up and trained on the system, inspections are scheduled and completed, and outstanding actions are monitored and escalated.

This office-based role supports quality and safety governance across our care homes, with five days a week in Basingstoke, Hampshire.

• Ensure homes and managers are set up and trained on the system, inspections are scheduled and completed, and outstanding actions are monitored and escalated.

The role will ensure that homes and managers are appropriately set up and trained on the system, inspections are scheduled and completed, and outstanding actions are effectively monitored and escalated.
