Job summary

Hartford Care is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day administration, maintenance and development of the SafetyCulture (I-Auditor) platform across our Hampshire homes. You will work with care teams to ensure compliance and smooth operation of the system.

You will ensure homes and managers are set up and trained on the system, schedule inspections, monitor outstanding actions and escalate issues as needed.

The Compliance Coordinator’s main responsibilities will be for the day-to-day administration, maintenance and development of Hartford Care's SafetyCulture platform (I-Auditor).

The role will ensure that homes and managers are appropriately set up and trained on the system, inspections are scheduled and completed, and outstanding actions are effectively monitored and escalated.
