Compliance Coordinator (Fixed-Term Contract)

Salary: 30000 pa

Contract Type: 12-Month FTC (Maternity Cover)

Location: Aldridge Walsall

Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday

Start Date: October 2025

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Coordinator to join a well-established organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This role offers a varied mix of compliance and people-focused responsibilities making it an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in compliance.

You will play a key role in maintaining compliance with ISO and 45001 as well as supporting essential HR processes, facilities management and administration. Full handover and training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the maintenance and compliance of the Quality Management System and relevant ISO standards.
  • Assist in ensuring adherence to the company's Health & Safety policies and procedures.
  • Oversee compliance with GDPR regulations and data protection policies.
  • Support facilities management and assist with organising company events.
  • Minute meetings, manage diaries and provide administrative support to Directors.
  • Build strong working relationships across all departments to ensure consistent quality compliance and professionalism.
