Job summary

DPD UK is seeking a Compliance Administration Support role to assist the Compliance Controllers and Managers in monitoring legal compliance across drivers and vehicle maintenance. You will handle data-heavy tasks, audits, and documentation to ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.

Ideal candidates are degree-educated with strong data skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education completed or recently graduated.
• Experience using Google Docs and handling large data sets.
• Strong analytical, data-driven approach with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Investigate missing mileage to meet targets for Transport and depots.
• Complete check for Time Right and Lead with large data sets for drivers.
• Audit agency documentation and ensure driver/vehicle compliance.
• Ensure drivers' cards and vehicles are downloaded per legal and company requirements.
• Manage extensive data entry to maintain Transport department compliance.
• Provide accurate information to the Transport dept and depots for compliance.
• Support Transport and depots to drive compliance and continuous improvement.
• File all relevant paperwork and documentation correctly.
• Identify trends and raise findings to managers at the site.
• Assist peers and senior management during sickness and annual leave.

Job description

In this role you will support the Compliance Controllers and Compliance Managers in monitoring the legal compliance for all of the departments agency and employed drivers and vehicle maintenance, as well as ensuring adherence to company policies,

• Investigate missing mileage to ensure the Transport department and depots meet the company and earned recognition targets
• Complete check for Time Right and Lead in which requires working with large amounts of data for agency and employed drivers
• Complete audits of agency documentation
• Ensuring drivers cards and vehicles are downloaded in line with legal and company requirements
• Manage a large amount of data entry to ensure driver and vehicle Compliance is maintained within the Transport department and depots
• Provide correct and reliable information to the Transport department and depots to allow them to manage driver and vehicle compliance
• Consistently provide support to the Transport department and depots to drive compliance as required and promote continuous improvement
• Ensure all relevant paperwork and documentation is filed correctly
• Identify trends and highlight these to relevant managers within the relevant site
• To assist with completing peers and senior management tasks during sickness and annual leave
• What we are looking for;
• You will ideally be educated to Degree level having recently graduated
• Experience with google documents and managing large amounts of data
• Self motivated, analytical, data focused, highly organised and have exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Experience of working in a fast paced environment
• Previous knowledge of Transport Compliance would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given
