Job summary

2Excel Engineering in Lasham, United Kingdom, is seeking a Compliance Auditor for Part 145 aviation. The role focuses on independent audits, regulatory compliance, and training within a UK/EASA Part 145 environment.

The successful candidate will conduct internal and external audits, support the Compliance Monitoring Manager, revise TPMs, and deliver targeted training to staff, upholding integrity and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Performing independent compliance audits to support the Compliance Monitoring Plan.
• Assessing and auditing contracting and sub-contracting organisations for suitability to work under the 2Excel Engineering Management System.
• Investigating, determining root causes and root cause corrections and elaborating reports to support closure of findings issued to the organisation by Customers or the Competent Authority.
• Supporting the Compliance Department Team and 2Excel Engineering staff with professional advice related to compliance matters.
• Preparation and revision of the associated TPMs ensuring their compliance with Part 145 and other relevant regulations.
• Preparing and delivering continuation training to 2EE staff as part of the company internal training program, as agreed with the Compliance Monitoring Manager.

Compliance Auditor Part 145

Full-time

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Aviation Compliance Auditor with experience in compliance and auditing in the Civil Aviation Industry or the equivalent. Experience will ideally have been gained within a UK / EASA Part 145 environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing independent compliance audits to support the Compliance Monitoring Plan
• Assessing and auditing contracting and sub-contracting organisations for suitability to work under the 2Excel Engineering Management System.
• Supporting the Compliance Monitoring Manager in any matter of compliance of the organisation with the current regulatory requirements, including but not limited to:

Investigating, determining root causes and root cause corrections and elaborating reports to support closure of findings issued to the organisation by Customers or the Competent Authority.

• Supporting the Compliance Department Team and 2Excel Engineering staff with professional advice related to compliance matters.
• Preparation and revision of the associated TPMs ensuring their compliance with Part 145 and other relevant regulations.
• Preparing and delivering continuation training to 2EE staff as part of the company internal training program, as agreed with the Compliance Monitoring Manager.

The Successful candidate will:

• Possess prior experience and knowledge in auditing within a CAA/EASA Part 145 or Aviation environment.(Preferably within the last 3 years)
• Demonstrate the ability to conduct both internal and external audits effectively.
• Communicate confidently and professionally at all levels, fostering strong working relationships across the organisation.
• Be self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently.
• Have excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Show strong IT proficiency and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies.
• Be highly organised, deadline-oriented, and a reliable team player.
• Uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
• Be eligible to obtain SC-level (Security Check) Clearance.
