Job summary

2Excel Engineering, Lasham, is seeking a dedicated Aviation Compliance Auditor with experience in Part 145 environments to support compliance monitoring and audits within the Civil Aviation industry.

The successful candidate will perform independent audits, assess subcontractors, investigate findings, and contribute to training programs while maintaining high standards of integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Prior experience auditing within a CAA/EASA Part 145 or Aviation environment.
• Ability to conduct internal and external audits effectively.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent compliance audits to support the Compliance Monitoring Plan.
• Assess contracting and sub-contracting organisations for suitability under the 2Excel Engineering Management System.
• Investigate, determine root causes and draft reports to close findings issued by Customers or the Competent Authority.
• Prepare and revise TPMs to ensure compliance with Part 145 and other regulations.
• Deliver continuation training to 2EE staff as part of the internal training program.

Compliance Auditor Part 145

Full-time

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Aviation Compliance Auditor with experience in compliance and auditing in the Civil Aviation Industry or the equivalent. Experience will ideally have been gained within a UK / EASA Part 145 environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing independent compliance audits to support the Compliance Monitoring Plan
• Assessing and auditing contracting and sub-contracting organisations for suitability to work under the 2Excel Engineering Management System.
• Supporting the Compliance Monitoring Manager in any matter of compliance of the organisation with the current regulatory requirements, including but not limited to:

Investigating, determining root causes and root cause corrections and elaborating reports to support closure of findings issued to the organisation by Customers or the Competent Authority.

• Supporting the Compliance Department Team and 2Excel Engineering staff with professional advice related to compliance matters.
• Preparation and revision of the associated TPMs ensuring their compliance with Part 145 and other relevant regulations.
• Preparing and delivering continuation training to 2EE staff as part of the company internal training program, as agreed with the Compliance Monitoring Manager.

The Successful candidate will:

• Possess prior experience and knowledge in auditing within a CAA/EASA Part 145 or Aviation environment.(Preferably within the last 3 years)
• Demonstrate the ability to conduct both internal and external audits effectively.
• Communicate confidently and professionally at all levels, fostering strong working relationships across the organisation.
• Be self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently.
• Have excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Show strong IT proficiency and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies.
• Be highly organised, deadline-oriented, and a reliable team player.
• Uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
• Be eligible to obtain SC-level (Security Check) Clearance.
