This role suits someone with keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a customer service mindset. You should have GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English at grade C/4 or above, and be proficient in MS Office and Windows applications. Experience in client account management, AML, KYC, legal, office management, banking, or client onboarding is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
