Job description

Join to apply for the Compliance and Safety Officer role at Air Personnel Ltd.

This position is based at Kidlington Oxford Airport, supporting aircraft operations, maintenance, refurbishment, and charter services. The role involves working within the AOC Compliance and Safety Team, covering Operations and CAMO.

Responsibilities:
  1. Promote a Just Culture through initiatives like quarterly newsletters and engagement activities.
  2. Manage safety and compliance meetings using Centrik, including minute-taking and action tracking.
  3. Analyze data from Centrik to monitor Safety Performance Indicators.
  4. Assist with Management of Changes and ensure timely completion of actions.
  5. Create and review self-audits, contractor checklists, and surveys.
  6. Conduct internal compliance audits, safety case classifications, and support investigations.
  7. Develop risk assessments using ARMS methodology and trend analysis.
  8. Collaborate with managers to improve safety systems and foster continuous learning among colleagues.
  9. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Compliance and Safety Managers.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
