Overview

Compliance and Quality Administrator – Tonbridge

Salary: Up to £30K depending on experience

Hours: 8.30-5pm Monday-Friday

Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the product journey; oversee sample tracking all the way through to delivery
  • Produce declarations of conformity, bills of material, and product risk assessments
  • Manage new product setups, ensuring accurate details are submitted
  • Assist with compliance queries and work closely with other teams in the business
  • Manage sample submissions and address testing failures
  • Stay informed on regulatory changes and update testing criteria as required
  • Manage the FSC auditing process for product factories, ensuring compliance at all times
  • Maintain the compliance document database, ensuring it is current
Qualifications
  • Confident user of Excel and Microsoft packages
  • Au fait with IT systems, inputting data
  • An excellent eye for detail
  • Able to manage a busy workload and work to tight SLAs
