Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Compliance Analyst II to join our Network Compliance Team in London. You will shape the future of global commerce by managing card brand compliance issues, registrations, and risk metrics across business units.

You will perform in-depth data analysis, implement improved processes, and provide timely responses to internal and customer inquiries. Excellence in communication and a client-focused mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of applicable Acquirer Card Brand rules and regulations.
• Clear, concise communication both verbally and in writing.
• Identify areas for operational improvement.
• Excellent analytical skills with large data sets.
• Ability to plan and complete work within tight deadlines.
• Bonus: client-centric mindset and accountability to deliver impact.
• Bonus: promote card brand compliance awareness (e.g., Compliance Champion).
• Bonus: can communicate information to executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage Card Brand Excessive Chargeback, Fraud, Card Testing Alerts and escalations.
• Handle Card Brand Registrations such as Merchant and Third Parties.
• Report key metrics, risk indicators and statistics to management.
• Perform data analysis with Card Brand Programs and assess impact across business units.
• Operationalize new processes while enhancing existing workflows.
• Respond to card brand compliance inquiries from internal teams and customers.

What You’ll Own

• Card Brand Excessive Chargeback, Fraud, Card Testing Alerts and escalations
• Card Brand Registrations such as Merchant and Third Parties
• Reporting key metrics, risk indicators and statistics to management
• Perform Data Analysis with Card Brand Programs and impact on the various business units
• Operationalizing new processes while enhancing existing ways of doing business
• Responds promptly to issues and matters pertaining to card brand compliance, internal line of business and customer-facing questions.
