Job summary

At BCLP, we are seeking an Analyst, Compliance to join the Business Acceptance Team. You will support onboarding of new clients and matters, with exposure to international activities across practice areas.

The role focuses on client due diligence, conflicts analysis, and risk assessment, with opportunities to contribute to sanctions checks and information barrier management. You will collaborate with colleagues in London, Manchester and the US, and work with Risk, business services and legal

Responsibilities

• Conduct conflicts analysis and client due diligence on clients and matters.
• Identify, assess and escalate higher risk and reputational issues including sanctions and AML risk.
• Assist with the establishment and maintenance of information barriers.
• Liaise with partners and other legal practitioners in relation to conflicts, AML risks, and matter opening.
• Assist with management of the Business Acceptance inbox and respond to queries.
• Ensure matters are opened in a timely manner using Intapp Open.
• Support various Business Acceptance-related team projects and processes.
