Montpellier Resourcing is recruiting for a Compliance Advisory Manager in Greater London, responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations in a leading international bank. This 12-month fixed-term contract offers up to £80,000 per annum, hybrid working with 4 days in the office. Candidates must have direct banking experience and at least 5 years in a compliance role.

Your responsibilities will include advising business units on compliance, overseeing regulatory reporting, and supporting the delivery of annual compliance plans. A strong understanding of UK regulations and exceptional communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of compliance experience in financial services, specifically in UK banking.
• Enhanced understanding of the UK regulatory environment (FCA, PRA).
• Proven ability to draft and review compliance-related policies and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Provide conduct and compliance advice on regulatory projects.
• Oversee regulatory reporting to the FCA and PRA.
• Draft and implement compliance-related policies and procedures.
