Summary

  • The role requires strong financial analysis skills, with the ability to identify and investigate key issues in restructuring scenarios, challenging information when appropriate. Excellent Excel skills and the ability to undertake accurate analysis and interrogate financial models are essential.
  • The successful candidate will prepare draft independent business reviews and other reports, requiring high-quality document and presentation skills to meet stakeholder expectations.
  • The role involves building rapport with management in often challenging and high-pressure situations.
  • You will work with an experienced, partner-led team across various assignments and industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day project responsibilities across all stages.
  • Support and guide junior colleagues and senior team members.
  • Review, compile, and analyze company information.
  • Conduct financial analysis and develop financial models.
  • Maintain understanding of statutory and compliance deadlines.
  • Identify and report potential risks promptly.
  • Attend stakeholder meetings and liaise with professional advisers.
